The therapist works slowly and smoothly, so your attention gradually shifts from the space around you to the massage itself. In the dark, even familiar things feel different: touch, the sound of your own breathing, the movement of your body.

Suitable for anyone who wants to step out of their usual rhythm for a while and switch off completely. Not recommended if you are afraid of the dark or have claustrophobia.
